An ongoing 5Rhythms movement meditation closed group with Stuart Phillips
Each full cycle includes:
* 5 x 1 day workshops 10-5 at BBO Dance, Battersea (Feb 15, May 10th, July 19th, - Sept: 20th, Nov 15th)
* 4 x online sessions approximately mid-way between each of the 1 day workshops:

The Wisdom of the Wave is an ongoing group intended to make use of the Waves map of the 5Rhythms movement practice to provide a context for living. There comes power and intimacy when supporting and being supported by community over an extended period of time. Our primary medicine will be movement, and we will also draw on the healing capacity of talking, writing and ritual theatre.
Prerequisites: At least one 2 hour class with an 5RTA Accredited 5Rhythms teacher - this ongoing group is suitable for experienced dancers and newcomers alike and one complete cycle counts as 44 Waves hours for those of you logging your 5Rhythms Teacher Training prerequisite hours
