Wednesday Swing Club at Jazzbourne

Beginners-friendly social, dedicated to the original swing dance: the Lindy Hop from the 1930s and 40s.

There is a taster class for beginners from 7pm-8pm (this can be booked separately or pay at the door) and after the class the floor is open for social dancing. Lindy Hoppers' favourite swing tunes on the jukebox and drinks available to buy at the bar. Expect a fun and relaxed atmosphere in Jazzbourne's subterranean speakeasy bar. Come to practice, social dance or just have a drink & chat!

Entry is free and no booking is needed. You don’t have to be a Jazz Music & Dance Co student to come. This is a relaxed swing social, all levels are welcome.
