Jinghui Fang began studying piano at the age of five. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Xi'an Conservatory of Music and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Piano Performance at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, studying under Di Xiao, Professor Mikhail Kazakevich, and Professor Robert Markham.

In 2021, Jinghui Fang won 6th place in the Senior Group (Chopin Études) at the 29th International Chopin Piano Competition for Children and Youth in China, and First Prize in both the Professional Group and Schubert Thematic Group at the 14th Shanghai International Youth Piano Competition (Anhui Region). In 2022, she received Second Prize in the Professional Group of the 5th Gao Tian Cup Piano Competition, Gold and Third Prizes in the Youth Group (Professional Institutions), and Silver Prize in the Debussy Thematic Group at the 15th Shanghai International Youth Piano Competition.

She is currently serving as the International Student Tutor for the Postgraduate Department at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire from 2024 to 2025.

Tianran Zhou, a Chinese pianist, began her Bachelor of Music at the Manhattan School of Music in 2017 with a substantial scholarship, studying under Phillip Kawin and Inesa Sinkevych. During her studies, she performed at Carnegie Hall, participated in the 2019 MSM Winter Chamber Music Festival, and was featured in contemporary piano showcases in 2021 and 2022.

She has won numerous competition awards, including 1st Prize at the 2016 Hamamatsu International Junior Piano Competition (China Regional), the 2016 Asian Chopin International Piano Competition (Amateur Category), and the 2017 Steinway National Piano Competition (Eastern China Division), among others. Her playing has been praised for its “brilliant virtuosity” and “elegant, expressive musicianship.”

In 2021, she was admitted to graduate programs at both the New England Conservatory and MSM, choosing to pursue her Master’s at MSM. In 2024, she was offered admission and scholarships to several Doctor of Musical Arts programs, ultimately accepting a full scholarship, fellowship, and teaching assistantship at the University of Northern Colorado.

Tianran Zhou is also an experienced educator. She has taught since age 16, with teaching positions at the Manhattan School of Music, the New York Piano School, and currently as a teaching assistant at the University of Northern Colorado. Her students have been accepted into top conservatories in China and Russia, and her amateur students consistently achieve high marks in ABRSM and local grading exams.
