In a freak wedding accident, a politician gets hit in the face by a carrot cake. The Cropshire Council declares a draconian ban on all carrots. And they are just getting started… An absurdist, metatheatrical fable about free speech, bureaucracy, and vegetables, as told by an ensemble of lovable clowns.
