The Taste and Sounds of Ibiza Classics with Steven Edwards

For one night only Fortnum's Food & Drink Studio will become a summer party venue with tunes inspired by the years when Ibiza was the only holiday destination for classic club tracks, world class DJs and good times.

MasterChef: The Professionals winner Steven Edwards will be serving up favourites - including modern takes on beef patties and hot dogs alongside new masterpieces, such as the EL SOL KFO (Kentucky fried onion patty served in a charcoal bun, with Mojo Verde, BBQ halloumi, avocado and pickled red onions).

Bringing all the Ibiza classics to the party, DJ and producer Chris Hampshire will be teaming up with his long term collaborator, John Weatherley. The talented duo rarely perform together and their set will be hotly anticipated by dance music fans. A soulful dance track has also been written, recorded and produced for this exclusive BITES ’n BEATS at Fortnum & Mason event.
