The Spiral Race

The Spiral is a 6-hour endurance track race designed to challenge your mind as much as your legs. It’s just you and the track, 400-meter loop after 400-meter loop. No changing scenery, no distractions, and no finish line.

It’s a raw test of how far you can go in six hours. For some, this will mean pushing the boundaries well beyond an ultra. For others, this is a chance to reach a new milestone in a crowd-free setting.

The Spiral format welcomes all running abilities. There’s no pressure to run for the full six hours. You’re free to run, walk or mix both to pace your effort.
