The Self-Love Ceremony is a two-hour in-person ritual created to help you close the year with clarity — and start 2026 from a place of deep self-connection.

It’s not another wellness workshop.

It’s a sacred space to soften the inner noise,

receive what you rarely let yourself receive,

and walk into 2026 rooted, not rushing.

What to Expect:

We’ll move through a slow, sensory-rich sequence of practices to help you come back to yourself — gently and intentionally:

✨ Begin with a cup of ceremonial Peruvian cacao to open the heart

🧘‍♀️ Ground into a guided meditation + nervous system softening

🖋️ Reflect through self-love journaling + intention exercises

🌬️ Move into conscious, connective breathwork

🧠 Anchor with self-love mantra activation

🎶 Close with a deeply restorative sound bath (crystal bowls + gong)
