The Glow Circuit is a workshop all about looking after our skin from the inside out.

The skin is our largest organ and acts as the body's first line of defense against external threats like bacteria, viruses, and UV radiation, it also provides us with clues about what is going on with our overall health as it is directly impacted by our overall health and lifestyle choices.

In this session we'll share practical, acheivable tips for boosting skin health from the inside out and maximising the benefits of your skincare routine and products.

The workshop begins with a fitness class that includes exercises which can be tailored to any space and are designed to get your blood flowing and boost circulation.

After your workout, it's time for your express facial, tailored to cleanse, hydrate, and revive your skin post-sweat.

Your fitness session will be led by Stephanie (Founder of Heis Duo Health), a certified fitness trainer who specialises is funtional fitness and movement health for all walks of life.

Your express facial will be done by Manuel Co-founder of , a results- driven skincare brand rooted in botanical extracts, plant-based ingredients, and active compounds.
