Step Up London Lead Meet

The Step Up Network CIC, the award-winning network and social enterprise for educational leaders is pleased to bring another face-to-face event to our community. This builds on two years of hard work by our volunteer team.

This year our Autumn Lead meet event is taking place in Shoreditch, East London. We held our first leadership day in Highbury & Islington in February 2024 and our recent coffee, chat and connections in Kensington in October 2024. What topics and themes are being explored as part of the event?

• A day in the life of an AHT: Stepping up as a middle leader to SLT.
• Breaking down barrriers as an intersectional female leader.
• Inclusive leadership: developing a school culture of equity and belonging.
• Mastering Leadership Behaviors: Key Actions for Effective Leadership.
