A 3 hour journey of embodiment, sound and somatic release. A unique felt sonic experience inviting a journey of self inquiry, unwinding, nervous system repatterining and expression.
We will embrace the power of sound to shift and navigate consciousness, with expressive soundscapes, mantras and voice activation.
Combined with the science of somatics and embodied movement, we will explore new pathways of the body mind. To re-pattern and move through old stuck ways, bringing us back home into harmonious presence, our natural state.
