Welcome to SeenInMotion!

A playful, feel-good dance workshop focused on coming together, hyping each other up, and giving everyone their moment to shine on the dancefloor

We’ll begin with a guided solo warm-up to tune into your own rhythm, then slowly open out into the room — connecting with the music, the group, and the shared energy.

The session builds towards, dancing in front of others, and finishes with a cypher-inspired circle where anyone who wants can step into the middle, be witnessed, and celebrated.

Everything is always an invitation, move as much or as little as feels right for you. I’ll be there to support throughout.
