Science of Breath & Ice Bath Session

Practices and tools that work, for men that are wanting to try something new.

Leaning into science over spiritulity, we go through techniques for improving health & performance, without the myscial cringe elements, this workshop gives you a rounded experience of what KALA is about.

A male only event, combining a strength & stretch class with breathwork and preparing you to try and maybe even enjoy an ice bath.

The event includes:

• Science of breathing
• Strength & stretch session
• Brethwork exercises
• Ice Bath / cold exposure guided experience
• Unwinding with a pint after at the pub (alco or non-alco)

KALA was co-founded by two friends, Alex and Kate. Alex is a certified yoga instructor & level 2 freediver. Kate is a certified somatic therapist and yoga instructor
