About the event
Restorative Yoga with Bizz Varty
Love savasana? This class is for you.
Think of it as a guided yoga lounge (nap?) session with occasional gentle cues to breathe and shift positions.
We’ll begin with a soft warm-up to wake up our muscles and attune to our nervous systems. Then we’ll melt into the floor for a sequence of fully supported, restful poses using props like pillows, blankets, and bolsters. Expect quiet music, minimal movement, and lots of nervous system-soothing goodness.
No yoga experience needed. Just bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and any props that bring you comfort—an eye pillow, a strap, a bolster, your favourite cozy socks. We’ll provide pillows.
