About the event
Feeling like the black sheep in a world built for neurotypicals? Same.
Join Carlen Costa, OCSWSSW Psychotherapist & Clinical Sexologist for a cozy, zero-judgment space where ADHDers come together to learn, laugh, vent, and vibe.
This live, neurodivergent-friendly learning lab is designed for adults with ADHD to:
Exchange tools, resources, and real-life hacks
Connect with others who get it
Ask Carlen anything (seriously—no question is off-limits)
Learn the ABCs of ADHD—what it is, how it shows up, and what actually helps
Whether you're newly diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or deep in your ADHD journey, this is a space to feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
Bring your curiosity, your questions, your fidget toys—and your beautiful ADHD brain.
Included is a sweet swag bag with a neurospicy t-shirt, fidget and local products.
What to Bring:
Please bring a pen and notebook, and dress comfortably—we’re keeping it chill. Seating will be available in chairs or on the floor with cushions. If you prefer to sit on the floor, feel free to bring any extra cushions or blankets that make you feel at home.
Refreshments:
Hot and cold drinking water will be available, along with light snacks.
Parking:
Free street parking is available after 6 PM on Waterloo and Princess Streets, as per London, Ontario bylaws—even at metered spots.
Accessibility:
We deeply value accessibility and want to be transparent:
There are 3 steps at the front entrance.
The bathroom is located on the second floor and is accessible only via a flight of 25 stairs.Unfortunately, as this space is a designated Heritage home, accessibility is limited, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We are currently working on creating a video recording of the session. If that becomes available, we’ll notify our subscribed Mothership community so no one is left out.
