Rejuvenate with Julene Robinson is a unique movement and meditation experience created especially for women aged 50+ who want to explore movement and stillness in a free, joyful and supportive environment. No dance experience is needed – just curiosity and an open heart.

Led by Julene Robinson, this 2.5-hour session combines guided creative movement, gentle dance, writing releases, restorative stretches and deep meditations. You’ll leave feeling lighter, energised and deeply connected to yourself and others.
