Earls Court is currently the largest redevelopment scheme in central London. At 44 acres, the masterplan promises 4,000 new homes alongside three cultural venues and 20 acres of public realm. Developers are Earls Court Development Company a joint venture between Delancey and TfL. Studio Egret West and Hawkins\Brown are leading the masterplan, with landscape design by SLA.

The Bollo Lane project will deliver 900 new homes, with 50 per cent affordable. Barratt London is TfL's joint venture partner. On a tight site, the scheme encompasses new public spaces, enhanced pedestrian and cycling routes, and commercial opportunities for local businesses.
Designed by HOK, the master plan features buildings ranging from 4 to 25 stories.

Old Oak Common station is the 'super-hub' of the HS2 project. The station features 14 platforms—six dedicated to high-speed trains and eight for conventional services like the Great Western Main Line, Heathrow Express, and the Elizabeth Line.
Surrounding the station, plans include public parklands with gardens, trees, and wetlands, promoting community engagement and environmental sustainability.
