A fermented foods demo by naturopath, district nurse and retreat chef Asa Simonsson
A protein-packed, post workout snacks demo by plant-based chef Jordan Bourzig
Opportunity to connect, learn and support the Jamaican Hurricane Relief fund.
Event hosts/speakers are donating their time to raise money for the Jamaican Hurricane Relief Fund with donations going to Support Jamaica - the official government fundraising platform to support locals with the aftermath of the hurricane.

Rainbow Salad Bowl (GFO) - Cousous or quinoa, fresh veggies and sweetcorn tossed in a creamy ranch dressing with parsley and seasame seeds.
Buddha Bowl (GFO) - Cous cous or quinoa, chickpeas, salad veggies, mango chutney with lemon and lime zest seasoning.
Tofu Tikka Bowl (GF) - Pan-fried tofu in a tikka style curry served with rice, fresh greens, sweetcorn and crunchy veggies with a tahini and seasame dressing.
Moroccan Bowl - Fluffy cous cous with falafel, hummus, sweetcorn and crispy veggies serves with a tahini & sesame dressing.
Mexican Bowl (GF) - Mexican-style rice served with salsa, tortilla chips, jalapeño, sweet corn and fresh veggies.
Indian Bowl (GF) - Steamed rice served with creamy chickpea curry, fresh veggies and a crisp salad on the side.
