Next Steps-Term Partnerships contracts Repairs ,Voids ,M&E and Major Works

As many of you will be aware, WCC’s Term Partnerships contracts for Repairs, Voids, M&E and Major Works contracts are expiring in 2027. We would like to like to invite residents to a meeting to hear about the proposed plans for the replacement contracts and how the new proposals will address your concerns with existing contracts.

At this meeting - which can be attended in person or online - we will present our approach to designing, procuring and implementing a new service delivery model fit for residents and fit for the future.

This meeting is an opportunity residents to hear about our proposals and provide us feedback. There will also be a statutory Section 20 consultation process where you can submit your formal observations in writing for consideration.

The meeting will begin with a 20-minute presentation from Luke Taylor, Head of Commissioning & Contracts. Please note that there will be dedicated time for questions after the presentation has concluded. We kindly ask that all questions be held until the end to allow the full presentation to run uninterrupted.

This will be a hybrid meeting. To keep the meeting manageable we are capping numbers at 47 – but if we are oversubscribed, we will run another meeting.
