The Mum Guilt Drop Out X POWERfit: Look Good, Feel Good - In The Air event is more than just an aerial class, this is a space for mothers to reclaim their space, body and energy.

We’re bringing you a beginner-friendly aerial hammock session that blends strength, flow, and breathing space, followed by a social circle with light refreshments where we keep it real. No “perfect mum” masks, no judgment. Just movement, conversation, and community.
