Kundalini Cosmic Heart Alchemy is an energy transmission of a unique combination of frequencies: life force energy(prana) that can activate kundalini energy and non-dual states of consciousness.

On a session you don`t need to do anything else than lie down on a yoga mat, close your eyes and receive the energy transmission, being open to whatever arises.

During a session, the facilitator may gently touch or press specific chakra or meridian points on your body, and while the external process seems to be simple, the internal experience can be profound.

Sensations ranging from electrical currents coursing through the skin to emotional releases, visions, and spontaneous body movements called kriyas can and do arise.Some experience catharsis, insights, or realizations, but these are just a few of the many possibilities. More importantly, frequent sessions can deeply rewire the energetic body and central nervous system and create new neural pathways in the brain, accessing parts of your brain capacity that you have not been able to access before.

Pre-session recommendations:What you should take into account for the session (* read carefully *):~Dress comfortable warm clothes so you can lie down comfortably and also be able to move freely.~ Do not eat heavy food for at least 3 hours before the session, I recommend fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of fluids (avoid excess of coffee... the lighter you come, the better.~ I recommend that 24-48 hours before the session you do not consume any type of drugs or alcohol.(It really diminishes your sensitivity)~ This practice is NOT suitable for people with heart problems, schizophrenia, epilepsy, psychosis, or pregnant over 6 months (if you are experiencing any of these situations you cannot do the session at this time, please be honest with yourself and respect where you are at).
