Join us at House on the Circus — a design-led location house in South London — on July 27, 2025, from 12–3pm for an intimate, engaging afternoon exploring gut health, hormones, and how food and lifestyle shape how we feel.
Have you ever wondered what exactly the microbiome is and why it matters? How much protein you really need — and why? When do you ever get the chance to sit down and have unfiltered access to two experts like Lindsay and Kirsty — registered Nutritional Therapists and the team behind Studio Nourish?
This is a relaxed, conversation-led event designed to inform, inspire and nourish. You’ll gain practical, accessible knowledge that goes beyond trends — all in a beautiful setting.
