HAWK London Tech Talk 'Eazy Squeezy': HAWK's 1.3x, 2x and Hybrid Anamorphic

Join us on Friday, 25th July, for a HAWK London Tech Talk which expands upon Ben's presentation at the recent Euro Lens Summit.

This presentation is tailored for Directors of Photography, Directors, and anyone interested in how anamorphic squeeze influences cinematography. While the session will primarily showcase HAWK’s diverse range of lens offerings, it will also provide a brief historical overview and explore other relevant formats.

An example sequence will be shown and broken down to illustrate the visual differences in detail. Following this, attendees can have time to test the lenses themselves in a hands-on testing environment*. Ben may also lead small groups to showcase the different lenses in our lens projection room.

*Hands-on testing and lens projection will be dependent on equipment and space availability. We will endeavour to have some of the lenses Ben is discussing available for testing, but we cannot guarantee all the equipment will be in-house - we are a busy rental company, after all!
