Full Moon Yoga Workshop Series with Jo In Flow: Workshop 2 (Beaver's Moon)

Flow, breathe, and reflect under three rare supermoons with these 75-minute yoga workshops. Available as standalone sessions or as part of a powerful series.

Reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and realign your intentions ahead of the full moon.

What to Expect:

• Mindful Vinyasa: Flows to energize and reconnect with your body
• Creative Reflection: Journaling to release and inspire intention-setting
• Meditation & Breathwork: Cultivate calm, focus, and inner strength
• Community Connection: Optional coffee and conversation after class

All levels welcome. Just bring your yoga mat*, a journal, and an open mind.

*Mats are available to borrow if you don't have one. Just indicate when you purchase your ticket if you will require one.
