Join us at the Bonnington Cafe and Community Centre for an afternoon dedicated to boosting your confidence! This event is all about helping you discover your inner confidence and empowering you to find your true authentic confident self. Don't miss out on this opportunity to create the confident version of yourself through your creativity!

In this workshop you’ll be able to explore your creativity and through creating find more confidence. We’ll be using very practical and simple drama and creative exercises to support you in coming out of your comfort zone just enough to feel the benefit. There’s absolutely no expectation on skills or talent - this is about giving things a go and getting a load out of it at whatever you can manage.

Who knows you might surprise yourself and actually enjoy it. If you love drama and being creative then this is for you. If you don’t but want to feel more confident then this is also for you.

This isn't about being good at anything - it's about expanding just enough out of our comfort zone to reap the benefits in our lives.

This workshop is expertly facilitated by Emma Hewitt - Emma has worked in drama and wellness for over 20 years supporting many people of different ages and abilities find confidence in thier creativity. Now Emma is bringing this workshop to help creativity create confidence.
