As demand grows for preventative, informed responses to conflict and harm, mediation stands out - not as an alternative, but as a necessity.

From neighbourhood disputes, extended family and antisocial behaviour to youth justice and serious incidents, mediation and restorative practices are proving their worth in rebuilding trust, reducing reoffending, and relieving pressure on police, courts, and public services.
