Step into The Art of Espresso Café - a bold new experience from Breville, masters of at-home coffee engineering, where science, art, and coffee craftsmanship combine. This immersive pop-up café invites you to explore the full sensory journey of coffee, from the first waft of freshly ground beans to the silky feel of a perfectly textured micro-foam, every detail has been designed to immerse you in the full sensorial journey of coffee.

In this unique sensory playground, Food Anthropologist Caroline Hobkinson will guide you through a surreal and beautiful experiment. Using electroencephalogram (EEG) brainwave technology, your coffee-fuelled brain activity will be transformed into live generative digital art - a mesmerising portrait of how your body responds to the joy of espresso.

You’ll also enjoy complimentary, barista-quality drinks brewed on Breville’s newest espresso machines, expertly engineered in the UK by baristas- the Barista Slimline, Barista Classic, and Barista Sense with Temp Sense technology - and discover just how good your home-brewed coffee could be.

Throughout the day, join Breville’s expert baristas for interactive masterclasses, where you’ll learn the techniques behind perfect extraction, milk texturing, and flavour balancing - so you can bring the café experience into your own home with every cup you make.
