Ancestral Supper Club with adventurer Mike Keen

Mike Keen is a chef and adventurer based in the east of England, dedicated to exploring ancestral diets and their role in shaping sustainable global food systems.​

He splits his time between his home in Suffolk and travelling to far flung places around the world immersing himself in indigenous diets – from eating only sea mammals in Greenland to rotten fishheads in Mexico. ​

He describes himself as someone who 'is fascinated with our evolutionary food journey and how we’ve managed to balls it up so quickly'​

In this fascinating dinner, Mike will share what he has learnt from a life on the road, researching and experimenting on himself. The menu will reflect what he has found on his search for the optimal human diet.
