She draws from over 20yrs of full time teaching in this specialized restorative yoga and can help you modify postures and movements to support: chronic pain, anxiety, emotional wellbeing, injuries & other challenges / health concerns. Accessible by all bodies regardless of age, flexibility or previous experience.
