💢Mary Dreams the Edge (Foran) creates a safe & relaxing space with easy to follow guidance that assures a smooth and supported experience. She draws from over 20yrs of full time teaching in this specialized restorative yoga and can help you modify postures and movements to support: chronic pain, anxiety, emotional wellbeing, injuries & other challenges / health concerns. Accessible by all bodies regardless of age, flexibility or previous experience.
