Vipassana Meditation (online)

This session is available as part of the online membership for just £12.99 per month for unlimited online sessions. Or simply pay as you go for £8.00 per class.

This session is a one hour Vipassana meditation (Silent).
There will be a short introduction talk from the teacher.

Vipassana is an ancient practice of mindfulness and insight meditation. The goal of Vipassan is to cultivate deep awareness leading to insight.
