Pelvic Floor Health 101: What Everyone Should Know for Better Function and Wellness

Physical Therapist Winnie Badger received her education in her native Philippines. She came to the U.S. to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Winnie has been practicing Physical Therapy for 20 years, working with the adult population and treating various musculoskeletal dysfunctions. For the past three years, she has added Pelvic Health as an additional area of interest to better meet the needs of the community.

This lecture will focus on explaining the body’s pelvic floor region. This foundational region of the body is often misunderstood or overlooked in one’s healthcare maintenance.
