What to expect:
On Saturday, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟐 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟏𝟎:𝟎𝟎 𝐚𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝟑:𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐦, local businesses and farms in the Dodge & Fond du Lac area will provide an educational day to learn about the local agricultural businesses available in our local communities.

Visit as many agricultural businesses as possible during this free, family-friendly event on July 12 at your own pace to make a connection with the local agricultural options in the area.

At May Hill Farm, our goal is to provide your family with the highest quality beef, pork, chicken, and eggs. Our family farm in southeast Fond du Lac County uses regenerative practices—like daily pasture moves for our chickens and rotational grazing for our beef herd—to build healthy soil and raise nutrient-dense food.

Country Blossoms Organics LLC is a family-owned certified organic vegetable, garlic, herbs, and flower farm that was started in 2014 on our 171-year-old farm. We offer home produce delivery to our customers in our 35-mile delivery area. We host our annual garlic day in August when our customers pick up their garlic orders of our nine grown varieties.

At Pieper’s, we’re proud to be fourth-generation apple growers, carrying on a legacy that began over 80 years ago and continues to grow strong on our family’s dairy farm.
In 2021, we relocated the orchard to our operating dairy farm, where we now raise our family and grow a variety of apples with care and tradition. While apples won’t be in season just yet, there’s still plenty to enjoy!

Mayberry Farms is a pick your own strawberry farm in Mayville, Wisconsin. Outside of picking fresh strawberries in June and early July, we offer raw honey by the jar straight from the hives on our farm. We also handcraft soap and skincare products using our own farm grown ingredients including raw honey, beeswax, goat milk, strawberries, lavender and locally sourced tallow and lard.

Valley View landscaping and Garden center is a family-owned business specializing in helping clients create their ideal patio and outdoor living space. Our greenhouse houses a retail store featuring unique décor items with local venders that include jams, jewelry, homemade products, and house plants. Our greenhouse provides annual and seasonal Hanging baskets and porch pots for your outdoor space. We also have vegetable plants for your garden.

Our hobby farm produces fresh farm eggs and visitors are welcome to meet our goats, ducks, sheep, peacocks, and chickens.

Ledgerock Distiller is a small batch craft distillery built on the Retzer Family farm near Fond du Lac, Wi. We make vodka, gin, bourbon, and corn whiskey with the grains we grow on our farm. The same individuals who plant and harvest the crops make the spirits. We have a tasting room and specialty cocktails. A member of the family is always there to share our story, and you can see where the entire process takes place.

Rooted & Rise is a sourdough micro-bakery rooted in tradition and rising with purpose. Ran by a momma and small-scale homesteader, Rooted & Rise takes pride in crafting small-batch, slow fermented breads and baked goods using simple ingredients and timeless methods. Baked goods offered include things such as: breads, inclusion loaves, pull apart breads, biscuits, english muffins, bagels, scones, cinnamon rolls, cookies, muffins and more. In addition, we offer a large handful of pantry items, household essentials and farm fresh eggs.
While baking and creating is a deep seeded passion we also recognize the importance of supporting local and promoting our small community. We've worked hard to support this through donations to our local library, supporting fundraisers and local raffles, book drives for local homeless shelters and more. We are thankful to our community and those that support us and want to be sure to do the same, in return. We are looking forward to meeting everyone during the 2025 Farmland Frolic and sharing some delicious sourdough baked goods with you!
