Experience a transformative evening of Sound Healing, Meditation, and Reiki — with adoptable cats by your side!
Join Reiki Master Tina McDonald and Sound Healing Facilitator Laura Barna for a deeply restorative journey designed to help you release old patterns, realign your energy, and find inner peace. Through guided meditation, immersive sound baths featuring sacred instruments, and individualized Reiki energy healing, you'll open yourself to profound relaxation, balance, and renewal.
Participants may choose to sit comfortably in a chair or bring a yoga mat for floor seating. Essential oils will be available to enhance your experience, and an optional Oracle card pull will be offered at the end.
Adoptable cats will be present throughout the session, helping to foster calmness, connection, and joy. Their soothing presence will add to the atmosphere of healing — and they just might find their forever homes, too!
This event is open to all, whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner. Come prepared to release, restore, and realign — for yourself and for a great cause.

Tina McDonald
Tina is a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an affiliate member of the International Center for Reiki Training. With a background in intuitive healing, she blends Reiki with various holistic techniques to create a personalized, gentle healing experience. Tina also incorporates tools like Oracle cards, energy tapping, and aura cleansing to help individuals reconnect with their inner balance.
Laura Barna
Laura is a transformational coach, circle facilitator, and Reiki Master, guiding individuals toward healing and personal growth through meditation, ceremony, and energy work. She specializes in creating nurturing spaces where participants can reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and embrace new beginnings with clarity and confidence.
