Chair Pilates

Chair Pilates will be on and off the chair and will focus on alignment and muscle activations to help improve balance which is important in falls prevention.

We will work on mobility and strengthening exercises from the feet up to help gain better posture and understanding of movement.

This class is a great class for our ageing population and is suitable for anybody who is concerned about the risk of falls due to loss of strength and mobility.

Every Tuesday 11:30am - 12:30pm

$5 per person
