Women’s Circle: Meditation, Chanting, Drumming & Connection

Take some time for yourself.

This is a gentle, grounding afternoon of guided meditation, simple chanting, rhythmic drumming, and honest connection. You don’t need any experience — just a willingness to breathe, relax, feel safe, and be part of something real.

We’ll blend Kundalini-inspired techniques with ancient tools like sound and rhythm, all designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect — with yourself and with other women.

What to expect:
• Easy breathing and movement to release tension
• Gentle group chanting (no pressure to sing!)
• Drum rhythms to help you drop into calm
• Time to share or simply listen in a safe space

Bring a mat or cushion, water, and come as you are.

Please bring along your drum or any instrument you feel connected to. There will be some drums and rattles available for use.

Cost is $10 payable on day 🌸
