You’re invited to join Paul, Shannon, and the Silver Thread team for a scenic, Seneca-side dinner in celebration of our 34th anniversary!
This five-course meal – by Chef Michael Lanahan of The Cellar in Corning, NY – features locally-sourced ingredients and will be paired with several Silver Thread wines including our limited-production sparkling and 10-year-old wines from the 2015 vintage.
This will be a seated, outdoor dinner on the covered patio at the Silver Thread Winegarden.
$130 each; ticket price includes all food, paired wine, and gratuity.
Reservations are required; seats are limited to 40.

Sparkling Welcome: 2021 Blanc de Blancs with Local Melon with Basil
Course 1: Cellar house salad featuring local greens, Silver Thread Cayuga grapes, & Verjus Dressing
Course 2: 2015 Estate Riesling and 2015 Estate Gewurztraminer paired with Jerk Chicken Kebob with Pineapple, Sweet Peppers, Red Onion, & Peach Puree (made with Estate Riesling)
Course 3: 2015 Chardonnay paired with White Fish with Corn Pudding, Tomatoes, & Cornbread Croutons
Dessert: 2015 Semi-dry Riesling paired with Peach Crisp with Bourbon Ice Cream
