Sound Bath Offering Event

Luna & Ha Wellness Studio Sound Bath August 3 1:30 p.m.$25

Research shows that sounds and vibrations effect us at a cellular level impacting brain waves and the central nervous system helping to reduce stress, blood pressure and the heart rate. During a sound bath, we enter a state of deep relaxation that releases feel-good chemicals in the brain.

At Luna Ha we have all of the props you will need to get comfortable: mats blankets, blocks, bolsters - or bring your own and anything else you would like to help yourself relax. Participants will be on the floor lying down with an option to lean against a wall. Join us and give yourself 75 minutes to rest, relax and release.
