This is a guided breathwork circle designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and grounded presence. Breathwork is a powerful, body-led practice that gently moves emotion, clears mental noise, and opens space internally.
We’ll start with gentle arrival and intention-setting, move into an active breathwork journey, and close with space to integrate over a warm drink.
No experience is needed. No performance. Just your presence, your breath, and real connection.
This evening is for women who are reflective, ready to be present with themselves, and open to noticing patterns and responses in a supportive, steady environment.
