Puppy Yoga

Paws 🐾 and enjoy the good life! BlueShadow Shelties, Bea-you-ty & Bliss along with Elemental Essence Therapy are bringing you a sweet treat to move through March easier. Lisa will be leading 3 different classes that all have puppies to support and cheer you on!

Each class will be held at 12 o'clock noon MST. Saturday March 7th, Tuesday March 10th and Sunday March 22nd. Keep in mind the time change takes place on Sunday the 8th as we spring ahead again.
