Lunastal/Lughnasadh celebration in nature

Join me to journey through the seasons by pausing in nature to celebrate the turning of the Celtic wheel of the year. I also bring my Nordic roots into these sessions and weave in folklore and traditions from my culture.

Lunastal/Lughnasadh marks the start of the harvest season. The season of golden light, of things ripening and slowing down. Nature is sighing and slowing after the expansiveness of summer. This is a time for nurturing and for celebrating the abundance of mother earth. The session focusses on grounding practices.

The movement in these sessions is inspired by the seasons from traditional yoga, qigong and somatics. We tune in deeply with ourselves to move in a way that honours how you are – there are no fancy poses or complicated practices, just connecting to the beauty in gentle movement that touches deep within you.

The Forge Corwen, Sunday 3 August 17:30-20:00

Cost: £40 includes a 1.5 hour seasonal practice with fire circle, 1 hour access to private on site sauna and swim lake plus cake&refreshments

At the Forge we have a beautiful indoor and outdoor decking areas and a hill fort so plenty of options depending on the weather. Groups on these sessions are small and we have the exclusive use of the site for our evening.
