You are allowed to be shy, nervous and unsure. Come as you are! This class is open for everybody and every body, personality, age, gender and ability!
The only requirement is your enthusiasm 😊 and if you are also nice, it is a great bonus!
Zumba is the perfect way to exercise without even noticing it! Amazing for your cardio, coordination, muscles, social life and mental health!
