5 week Yogalates Llangollen: Beginner friendly

Yogalates is the best of both worlds — blending yoga’s flexibility with Pilates’ core strength and resistance training.

This is a relaxed hour for yourself to discover movement that focuses on building joint stability, strength and stretch. It can be adapted for most health needs, but it is best to inform me of any serious injuries and conditions you may have before booking.

This 5-week term in Llangollen at the Verve begins:

July 14th and ends August 11th 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Mats / blocks etc included but please bring your own therabands.
