Wales RoofBunk Rally - 16th August - 17th August - Last Minute Getaway!
THE LOCATION
This event is a one day/night meet up (although some people have said that they'll be going up on 15th August too) at Coco's Wild Camp, Upper Farm, Llandrindod Wells, Powys, LD1 5TN, Wales.
It's a 400 acre family run farm with great views and it's located right in the centre of Wales, so there's plenty of walks, lakes and things to explore while you're there!

There's a kids play area, lots of animals for the kids to meet and regular ball games like football ect for them to play, so there'll be plenty to keep them occupied while they're on the farm!
There's toilets and access to water on site, but drinking water needs to be bought from their shop.
Dogs are also welcome, but must be kept on a lead.
THE PLAN
The plan is to meet up on the Saturday afternoon at around 3pm and have a BBQ and a few drinks once everyone has arrived.
We'll have some vegetarian options with various salads and veggie burgers, but if you have very strict dietary requirements or simply just want to eat your own stuff, then please bring your own food and we'll be happy to cook it for you!
There is also a food van on site if you're looking for something for breakfast or want something different instead of the BBQ in the evening.
If you're in the area and would like to come to the BBQ, but not stay overnight, then this is an option too!
HOW TO BOOK
There's no need to book at the actual farm, however it would be appreciated if you could please email
Y29udGFjdCB8IHJvb2ZidW5rICEgY29t with your name and how many people you expect to be with you, so we can get a rough idea for numbers and know how much food to get!
Even though you don't need to book, please call the farm on 07956204900 when you get there, so they know you've arrived and can come over to charge you for your pitch.
COST
It only costs £10 per adult and £2.50 per child under 17 per night and this includes free food at the BBQ.
If you would like to come to the BBQ, but not stay overnight, then the farm charges £5 per adult and £2 per child.
You'll need to bring your own booze though unfortunately, as we haven't quite budgeted for that!
