Community Employment Mentor

Need help finding work in Powys? Carol Judd is will be at Oasis Advice and Support Center alternate Wednesdays from 13th August from 12.30pm to 2.30pm

The Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) programme offers free 1-to-1 mentoring to help you get into employment.

Carol can support you with:
📝 CV writing, job applications & interview prep
💬 Confidence building
🔍 Finding work placements, volunteering & job opportunities
🎓 Accessing funding for training (CSCS, Food Hygiene, SIA & more)

👥 Who can join?
✔️ Powys residents aged 16+
✔️ Unemployed or currently not working

Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a new direction, she will help you every step of the way.

No appointment necessary - just call in and have a cup of tea and a friendly chat.
