Chakra Series: 7 week beginners yoga course

Join me for this gentle beginner's yoga series.

Throughout the 7 weeks, we explore the chakras, the energetic centres of our bodies. Each class is 60 minutes and includes gentle movement, meditation and breathing techniques. The emphasis is on moving the body in a slow and mindful way, in a relaxed, fun environment.

Yoga mats provided.

Dates: Wednesday 3rd September, 10th September, 17th September, 24th September, 1st October, 8th October, 15th October

Time: 5.45 – 6.45 pm

Cost: £45 for the course
