Join me for this gentle, easy introduction to yoga.
The classes are slow, gentle and relaxed. Each class includes some mediation, breathing exercises and gentle movement (asanas) and can be adapted for certain health conditions.
This is for you if:
🧘♀️ think you aren't "flexible enough" to do yoga
🧘♀️ you've been off the mat for a while and want to get back
🧘♀️ enjoy yoga and are happy to join a fun, simple and gentle class

Time: 5.45pm - 6.45pm (doors open from 5.45 pm

Cost: £8 or 6 pack for £40
* Wear loose comfortable clothes. Bring a cushion and blanket. If you have yoga blocks bring them but it’s not essential.

My journey with yoga began 30 years ago when I spent time in an Indian Ashram. I learned a gentle, traditional approach to yoga that continues today. I see yoga as wonderful wellbeing tool that everyone can integrate into their life. I conduct classes in workplaces, hospice, care homes and specialist health facilities, alongside beginners classes to the general public
