This Handstand Intensive is designed for practitioners from all movement backgrounds - yoga, crossfit, dance, pilates, parkour, gymnastics, capoeira, circus arts, and more. Whether you're just starting your inversion journey or looking to refine your technique, this workshop welcomes beginners, intermediate, and advanced practitioners alike.
