Z veseljem predstavljamo sodelovanje skupine En–Knap s koreografinjo Rito Góbi, katere ustvarjalni izraz združuje drzno raziskovanje in precizno strukturirane koreografske vzorce. Njeno prepoznavno telesno govorico oblikujejo geometrija, minimalizem in neomajna težnja k redukciji. Vanjo so vtkani animalistične, popačene geste, subtilen humor, igrivost ter raziskovanje skrajnosti telesne fizičnosti.

Topologija predstave se vzpostavi in izgine, oblikuje in preoblikuje skozi motnje, ki povzročajo reze. Kot v primeru Möbiusovega traku so ti rezi paradoksalni: spreminjajo topološki prostor, ne da bi ga zares pretrgali. Kar razkrivajo, je množica vrzeli, kjer rez paradoksalno deluje kot lepilo, ki veže praznino v vedno novih oblikah, odnosih in pomenskih razmerjih, dokler se ne pojavi nov dogodek, ki znova zareže v kontinuum.

Save the date! We are excited to present the newest En–Knap collaboration with Rita Góbi, who’s work is marked by both bold experimentation and meticulously planned choreography. Her distinctive artistic language is rooted in geometry, minimalism, and a relentless drive toward reduction. Embedded in this language are animalistic, distorted elements, veiled humour, playfulness, and an exploration of the body’s physicality and its extremes.

The topology of the performance is established and disappears, formed and deformed through the disturbances that cause cuts. As in the case of the Möbius strip, these cuts are paradoxical, as they change the topological space without actually breaking it. What they uncover is a multitude of gaps, wherein a cut paradoxically acts as a glue that binds the void in ever new forms, relations and significations, until a new event emerges, which again cuts into the continuum.
