We begin by finding your space, getting comfortable, and gently putting on a blindfold - reconnecting with your inner senses.
This is just about you reconnecting with your inner world.
Moving without sight.
Feeling energy beyond the physical.
Trusting your body and intuition to guide you.
✨ 𝐄𝐜𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲
We remove the blindfolds and enter a powerful ecstatic dance experience - free expression, movement, release, joy.
Whatever you need to release, it is welcome. 🩷

We ground what was awakened during the dance and witness it reflected in one another.

Then, we journey inward again . this time through the intimacy of our voices. A gently guided soulful expression from deep within.

We will have a beautiful open jam session. Snacks shared with the gathered community. Connection. Joy. Just awesome humans getting to know each other & having fun together.
