Redne vaje za dve skupini bodo potekale vsako sredo ob 17:30–19:00 in 20:30–22:00, začnemo 3. 9. 2025. Prva ura bo informativna, zato lahko prideš in jo brezplačno preizkusiš. Pišite nam (

Na tečaju boste spoznavali romske plese iz različnih držav (Španija, Madžarska, Romunija, Turčija, Indija, balkanske države), ki so za skupnost in posameznika izraz veselja in strasti do petja in plesa. Plešemo jih bosi.
Čeprav je danes večina plesnih zvrsti prilagojenih odru, je ples v romski kulturi izvorno način samoizražanja, interakcije in zabave ter povezovalni element skupnosti, ne pa uprizoritvena umetnost. Delavnica ponuja vpogled v te čutne izrazne plesne tehnike ter priložnost za izkušnjo plesa, petja, interakcije in diha v skupinskem duhu. K plesom ne bomo pristopali samo skozi tehniko, temveč tudi z vidika prebujanja in krepitve ženske energije v telesu.
Plesno ali drugo predznanje ni potrebno.

O učiteljici:
Maria Keck je diplomirala iz koreografije sodobnega plesa na madžarski akademiji za ples in opravila magisterij iz glasbene terapije na univerzi Alcalá de Henares, v Španiji. Njena plesna tehnika bazira na flamenku, sodobnem in etničnem plesu. S flamenkom se ukvarja več kot petnajst let. Devet let je živela v Španiji in nastopala na prestižnih madridskih odrih z izjemnimi mednarodnimi umetniki. Vodi flamenko seminarje in delavnice v Španiji, Sloveniji, Italiji, Nemčiji, Veliki Britaniji, na Norveškem, v Estoniji, Latviji, na Japonskem, v Argentini, Mehiki, Srbiji, na Hrvaškem in Madžarskem. Vodi seminarje meditativnih krožnih plesov, romskih plesov in vodi zvočne kopeli v Španiji, na Madžarskem, Hrvaškem, v Sloveniji. S svojimi umetniškimiprojekti je potovala in gostovala po številnih državah.

This course proposes an introduction to traditional Gipsy barefoot dances from different countries (Spain, Hungary, Romania, Turkey, India, Balkans) evoking the joy and passion of dancing and singing in a community as a social and self expression.
However today all kind of dance styles are adapted to the stage, dancing in Gipsy culture originally is a way of social/self expression, interaction, entertainment and not a performing art.
Apart from offering an insight into these expressive and sensual dance techniques, the workshop also intends to create a chance to experience dancing, singing, interacting, breathing encompassed by the group's spirit.
We will observe these dances not only through its techniques, but through their way they awaken and empower the female energy in our body.

About the instructor:
Maria Keck, graduated in modern choreography at the Hungarian Dance Academy and Master of music therapy at the University of Alcalá de Henares, in Spain. Her "language of dance" is based on flamenco, contemporary and ethnic dance techniques. She's been dealing with flamenco culture for more than fifteen years, lived nine years in Spain working on Madrid's most prestigious flamenco stages with outstanding national and international flamenco artists. She holds intensive and long term flamenco workhops in Spain, Hungary, Serbia, Slovenia, Italy, Estonia, Latvia, Great Britain, Germany, Norway, Japan, Argentina, Mexico and Croatia. She holds workshops of meditative circle dances, Gipsy dances and gives sound baths in Spain, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and she toured in many countries of the world with her artistic projects.
